3D Printed Nib Holder

I 3D printed a nib holder from Halftone Hospital at the Joliet Public Library and it’s Digital Media Studio! The print seems to have gone well and the part screw together well with my G-nibs! I can’t want to dive into a bigger drawing!

If you wanna print one yourself you can check out Halftone Hospital for the model and free resources and digital brushes for making comics!

I took some time to do some drawing traditional ink art with my new nib holder out on a bigger drawing!

This is a practice sketch of a super hero flight pose and it’s been a while since I drew a human. I feel like I flubbed at parts but I’m rushing to get to the inking which…I also rushed.

Managed crank out a fast scan and color of my ink drawing I drew to test out my 3D Printed Nib Holder. I don’t have a notable story for this character since I just wanted to improve on drawing flying poses.

I don’t draw humans as much as I should, I was back to experimenting with how I approach colors in Clip Studio Paint, but I feel like I rushed it all again and could do more. But I’m just gonna move on from this.
