November 2025 Sketchbook

The year is almost over, yet I still feel so behind…. I’ve made an okay amount of art but I think I’m hitting the later year slump.

Blackmask Storyboarding

digital two panel sketch of an anthropomorphic male raccoon staring off screen, then squinting his eyes in suspicion.

I’m close to a good place with these Blackmask storyboards. I try to get sequences done during my work breaks, when I can. It might be too much art for so early but it’s not a bad thing. It’s better to have to much that I need to cut than too little that I gotta add.

Storyboard panel of an anthropomorphic male raccoon slashing at a an anthropomorphic male tanuki archer with his sword, where the fight is framed by the light of the full moon.
Storyboard excerpt of a battle between an anthropomorphic raccoon and tanuki at the canopy of a forest. Their clash concludes with the racoon landing on a branch with his sword, and the tanuki crashing into his own, defeated.
Storyboard shot of an anthropomorphic male bear holding a small struggling anthropomorphic male raccoon in his left hand as he readies his right hand with his massive oak club wrapped in thorns.
Storyboard panel of an anthropomorphic male raccoon wearing a long coat, leaping off the ocean cliff-side of a tropical island hoping to reach the sailing ship across the sharp rocks bellow.

I worry I’m not doing as much pixel art as I was earlier in the year and some days I feel burned out out by this project that I end up dreading to work on it. Once it’s December, I’m taking a break from doing art, regardless of if I finished the boards or not.

90’s Hat Painting

Photograph of a painting denim bucket hat. The hat is covered with various colorful paint slotches. At the center focus of the hat is lettering that reads "I Love (Heart) the 90's"

I finished painting this hat for my mom. It’s been a while since I painted with Acrylic and I was worried about painting on fabric for the first time.

The hat turned put fine and my mom liked it, so that’s a weight off my chest. It has tempted me to return to trying to make painting work for me again. I don’t know I’m I’m up to making more hats but I’ve wanted to use these paints again.

Dice Doggo

Digital illustration of an anthropomorphic female white dog with black spots, wearing a green dress lined with diamonds, red gloves and shoes, and a white fur scarf at her elbows.
Digital illustration of an anthropomorphic female rabbit with spotted white fur wearing a black dress and fur boa. She flips a deck of cards for gambling.
Digital illustration of an anthropomorphic female rabbit with spotted brown fur wearing a black dress and fur boa. She flips a deck of cards for gambling.

Commission for a coworker. as a sequel to this rabbit illustration which she also wanted a brown recolor of. I struggled with what type of dress to give her, but all I really got as a description was, “casino dalmatian.” but I made her work. If you want a commission for yourself, you can direct message me or check out the Commissions Page.

Cow Raw Milk

Gel pen and digital color illustration of an anthropomorphic brown cow with large breasts, wearing a stripped yellow business suit leaning on a file cabinet as she looks at the viewer and sarcastically asks, "So...You think Raw Milk is healthier..."

I was listening a podcast called, Maintenance Phase, a podcast that debunks health myths. They had an episode about the dumb raw milk craze that’s seems to be all the rage and I sketched this cow art at work, then scanned and colored it the night after. This shouldn’t need to be said but, don’t drink unpasteurized milk.

Pen and Marker sketches of an anthropomorphic brown cows with large breasts. Left sketch has her as a yellow cow wearing a yellow business suit and red skirt as she looks at the viewer and sarcastically asks, "Tell me, that you remember to boil milk before drinking it, right?"Right sketch has her as a brown cow wearing a tied top as she leans at a desk looking at the viewer and sarcastically asks, "So...You think you understand what I do with these..."

Scrapped marker ideas of my recent cow sketches. The right cow makes even less sense because it was first going to be about Cow Tools but I didn’t even draw them in.

Compilation of Gel pen sketch of an anthropomorphic cow with large breasts wearing a stripped business suit. Left sketch has cow leaning on a file cabinet as she looks at the viewer and demeaningly ask, "So...You think Raw Milk is healthier..."

Center sketch is a full body drawing of the cow standing in a similar business suit and black skirt saying, "Tell me, that your remember to boil milk before drinking it, right?"

Right sketch is of a similar anthropomorphic cow but with black hair and a tied top, leaning on a table speaking to the viewer saying, "So... You think you understand what I do with these..."

Solider and Civilian

Diptych illustration of an anthropomorphic male goat with black fur in contrasting life situations. Left image depicts the goat in black spiked armor with a red goat heraldry on his chest. He stands with a bloody halberd in the middle of a red hazy battlefield in the aftermath of clash with a wolf warrior. Right image depicts the goat with his family of a bearded white goat wife and a goat kid with white fur and black eye spot. The family all wear matching bright colored folk clothing of vague Nordic aesthetic as they stand together in a bright grassy field.

This is an illustration I’d been noodling with for several months before letting it go and posting it. He’s a remnant of a design of a goat enemy for Blackmask. I still need to named this goat as a character sooner or later.

Five ink sketches of anthropomorphic goat designs of various shapes and sizes.

I’ve returned to a short goat kick on a whim. Whether it’s ideas for NPCs or illustrations I drop our of in my sketchbooks, these goats keep coming up in my art.

Streaming

https://youtu.be/ioEGqJUCHEw

Been doing more live streams on twitch these days. Some days I have chats about learning new programs for making 3D Models, Pixel Art, and various digital drawings on screen. I even started playing more video games like, Metal Gear Solid for the first time!

Hyena Art

Gel pen sketch of two anthropomorphic hyena characters in formal wear, standing next to eaxh other with thier hands in their pocket while they have their pants flies open and shake hands through their crotches.

Some silly hyena sketches I doodled when I say an existing image. I had other ideas with femboy maids but I scrapped them.

Two sets of red gel pen sketches of an anthropomorphic cat and dog characters in frilled dresses, standing next to each other as they shake hands through their crotches underneath their skirts.

Fox Art

pen and ink sketch spread between two pages of an anthropomorphic fox with long dark tipped hair and nine tails with large eyes and various weapons within it. The fox brandishes a katana.
pen and ink sketch of an anthropomorphic raccoon in a sword fight with an anthropomorphic fox with nine tails with eyes inside them.

Other fox designing. Finding pleasing medium between Tube and Shortstack.

Gel pen doodles of anthropomorphic female foxes. The sketches are a three step spectrum of anthropomorphism, where the left side has a toony style, middle side having pronounced breast shapes and hips, and right looking like a stylized short human. Written text reads: "Tubes. Anthro."

Cat Sketches

Cole meets a lucky Escort who encourages him to a night of gambling.

Cole’s lucky escort from yesterday has a brother, and he wants to shake him down.

Pen and ink sketch of an anthropomorphic raccoon wearing a long coat, confronting an anthropomorphic shiny black cat with huge muscles and hakama pants. The caption above this cat reads: "Gold:50,000,00" as he cracks his fists to shakedown the poor raccoon for his money.

Building Sketches

Gel Pen sketch of a large anthropomorphic dragon wearing armor with a helmet, standing at the ready with a longsword behind a cobble stone building to confront a second armored dragon holding a spiked mace.

Wanted to do my building practice sketches but it’s never fun for me. I tried putting some large dragon characters near the buildings to give me something more to work with but it can’t cover the monotonous work of drawing the stiff and complicated building details.

I found so photos of Italian Architecture and and tried see if I could make an aesthetic for the Dog Kingdom in Blackmask. The rough themes I’m shooting for with Dog Land is the Theme of “Chaotic Freedom Vs Safe Security” So I figured the buildings would slowly get build with cozier cottages on the rural outskirts of the Kingdom and subtly show squarer and more claustrophobic buildings Cole gets closer to city centers.

Italy has a decent amount of rooftops to so chases up there would go good with the proposed stealth gameplay still being built.

Tail Creature

Pen and ink drawings of an anthropomorphic black furred mustelid with a tail that turns into a large muscular creature with sharp teeth and a long tongue.

Venom inspired tail creature that is inspired by an old commission I made where my client’s Fursona had a tail maw and I thought that was dope.

Left Over Raiders Sketches

Gel pen sketch of an anthropomorphic female dingo with a missing left eye, a missing right ear, a missing right breast with a one cup bra supporting the left breast. The dingo also wears long tattered pants, with a belt of pouches and wields an oversized rifle with a larger bayonet on the barrel.

Another dingo and komodo dragon raider I forgot to scan back when I was on my Mad Max kick last month. I managed to write an sloppy outline, but still haven’t committed to making a first draft. Perhaps when I’m on winter break I’ll dedicate a week to cranking out as many drafts to force myself to write stuff.

Olivia’s Jumpsuit

Pencil sketch of an anthropomorphic female dragon smoking a cigar. She wears a black jumpsuit open at the chest to expose her cleavage and her large scar between her breasts.

Olivia doodle at work today. I keep giving her different outfits for the different eras in her immortal life.

Illustration of an anthropomorphic female green dragon with brown horns and blonde hair. She wears sunglasses a black evening dress accented with gold chain. She says, "I stopped by my father's funeral just to make sure the bastard was dead. Hashtag RIPBOZO"
A monochrome Copic Marker sketch of an anthropomorphic dragon named, Olivia, riding on a train looking at her phone. She is a heavyset dragon wearing a white t-shirt that says "I'm fat because everytime I fuck your dad, he pours bacon grease down my throat."
Traditional watercolor double page spread drawing in a mini sketchbook of Olivia, an anthropomorphic green female dragon in a superhero flight pose over a city skyline. The images also shows the supply list of a one flat brush, one round brush, a portable palette of Windsor & Newton watercolor paints, and a small white colored pencil.

I keep flip-floping between making her a fantasy knight heroine and modern day comic super heroine. Granted this is daily sketchbook stuff and I’m exploring her canon so nothing is written in stone until I break out the chisel.

Wrap Up

The end of the year is near and I feel behind on my work as always. I’m doing my best to take it easy but I keep making it my problem to continue drinking the workahol. December will have both a sketchbook and an overall year in review so, keep your eyes peeled for that!
