At 33 years of age, I’m still kicking it with drawing cool stuff. This is the rundown of what I’ve been drawing over the month.
Pushing through the doldrums of winter, I made a collection of pixel art, sketches, and drawings I’ve been making over the past month.
As I’m figuring out the last of my commissions, I’m thinking of ways to change up my art output. The chief catalyst is buying a new iPad to sketch in it everyday like my past sketchbooks. It’s been tough as I keep shifting my art attentions around pixel art, digital illustration and general sketching.

Art continues to be a hustle, but it’s the few hustles I like to take on. In the last months of summer, long after Blerd Bash and the like, I finished up many conventions. Many of these events are newer shows that I hadn’t attended before so I continue my tradition of finding fantastic spots to display and sell my work!
This week will be a full week with art events all over the Northern Illinois Area where I’ll be displaying my art!

Life is going swell as I’ve been dabbling on art projects while attending shows and events over the autumn season. I’ve been fluctuating with my moods for most of the time and reworking my priorities list. Some days, I lose focus on my big needs of my art career. Seasonal depression might be the culprit, but I’m hanging in there and not losing focus in the unimportant stuff.

Continue readingAs of writing this, I’m now 31 years old and introspective about my art journey so far! I continue to tackle new conventions as I keep my head on a swivel! I’ve been sketching small bits of art on my social sites over the month, but I’ve kept myself busy going to cons, taking other art commissions and recording livestreams!
I’ll be honest and say that we haven’t made that much progress on Blackmask from last January to now. My programmer took time off for a vacation, so he’s been away from his computer. I myself have been taking other art commissions and streams, but we’ll be in touch with majors changes as soon as possible. I’ve been sketching small bits of art on my social sites over the month, I’ve been sloppy about posting my art here in a way that is an easy to find.
